Executive Director

Helga is the Executive Director responsible for overseeing daily operations of the community, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents and achieving high resident satisfaction. Helga is a true Bloom success story! Helga started with Bloom as our Dietary Services Director before being promoted to Community Relations Director before receiving her administrator’s license and being promoted to Executive Director. Helga is a proven leader with not only the right talents, but a commitment to Bloom, its residents and our mission and culture! Prior to Bloom, Helga worked for Greenfield-Central Community Schools where she received several awards including a 5 Star Rating for operating the school’s dietary system deficient free for five consecutive years. Helga attended International Business College and University of Phoenix. She resides near Greenfield, Indiana with her children.

Melissa Robinson

Wellness Director

Melissa is the Wellness Director responsible for overseeing resident health care services, the medication delivery system, in-service training of the Health Services Department and conducting assessments.

Daryl Eans

Dietary Services Director

Daryl is the Dietary Service Director responsible for overseeing the Dietary Department and makes delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals from scratch every day for our residents using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our residents enjoy a five-star dining experience lead by Daryl filled with a rich assortment of menu options. In collaboration with our Registered Dietician, Daryl incorporates resident’s personal recipes, special requests, old time favorites and specific dietary needs so our well-balanced gourmet menus are designed with their health, personal tastes and preferences in mind. Understanding how important great food is to our residents, Daryl is consistently introducing exciting new cuisines for the community to enjoy.

Glen Jones

Director of Housekeeping

Glen is the Director of Housekeeping responsible for keeping our residents’ homes and surroundings in a clean, comfortable and safe condition. Glen is a dedicated and professional, self-motivated achiever who simply gets the job done. He is respectful and pays attention to detail ensuring our residents are happy and proud to call our community home.

Cory Hull

Community Relations Director

Cory is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and has helped numerous families find placement for their loved ones. He is here to help you navigate the process and find the best fit for you and your loved one. Cory has a long and distinguished career in healthcare, and has held numerous leadership roles, including Marketing Director, Regional Director, Regional Community Relations Director, Senior Community Liaison, Director of Public Relations and Administrator, for various Home Health Care, Senior Living,  Mobile Health & Diagnostic Services and Outpatient Rehabilitation companies throughout Indiana and Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Public Health Care from Indiana University, as well as, received his Health Care Administrator License from University of South Florida. Cory is actively involved in the community and has served on the Advisory Board and co-chaired fundraising events for CICOA (Central Indiana Council on Aging); Board Member of Avon United Methodist Church, Indiana Person Director Care Coalition and Continuity of Care; President of Chamber of Commerce; Advisory Board Member and President of Hendricks County Council on Aging and Senior Services & Center; and Founder of Partners in Healthcare networking organization.

Jennifer Saavedra

Business Office Manager

Jennifer is the Office Manager responsible for maintaining day-to-day business office operations and procedures, including payroll, rent deposits and resident billing.

Allan Head

Life Enrichment Coordinator

Allan is the Life Enrichment Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating community-sponsored activity, exercise and wellness programs for residents, as well as, ensuring our residents continue to live life to their fullest potential, enjoying their favorite activities while discovering new ones, and blooming into their best selves through growth and discovery.

Dylan Lambert

Maintenance Director

Dylan is the Director of Maintenance responsible for maintenance, repairs and improvements to the community and keeping our residents’ homes and surroundings in a clean, comfortable and safe condition. Dylan loves working and interacting with our residents and families on a daily basis to ensure our residents are safe and happy.
